I have just joined this wonderful site and I am very excited to be with such great group of people who can excel me in real estate investing. I have been involved with multi real estate transactions for a number of years and more I ride in this real estate wave more interesting it becomes, with new challenges, new laws, new markets, and new economic conditions but overall main theme stays the same. It is people business not real estate itself. If you take care of the people you take care of your investment needs.
It has been an up and down for me in this industry.
I have dealt with high as 10.5 million dollar golf course to low as 15,000 dollar properties. As many have experienced in the last great ride, I have done some stupidest things in which I have paid a dear price for it. I have lost it all, everything. Now, I had to get myself a little time to recoup. I am now in gear to go full speed ahead. I have knowledge and experience to get it all back plus some. Despite what other say about the market, I have to say that it is an Awesome and Tremendous Time to make a huge profit. A window of opportunity to either make Hugh amount of money or not at all. I am very excited. Although there maybe still a challenging time ahead for me but with all of you as a friend and colleague, I would be able to get through it all without any problem.
