Hello there. My name is Nasir Ahmad, I'm 21, and relatively new to real estate investing. I've been spending these last few weeks studying/listening/watching/reading, (about real estate) all to familiarize myself with it. My biggest goal is to live the best days my life without working a 9-5 job, and I believe real estate is the path to take for that. I seek to create a positive cash flow, enough to support myself now and in the future; and that brings me to why I'm here. I've come to these forums seeking knowledge and guidance, and I hope to find it.
