"The only thing that is constant, is change"

Hello all,

I'm fairly new to this industry but have been fascinated with real estate investing methodologies for over a decade. In college , I opted out of the dorm life to live with my parents and save for my first house. I was able to buy that first house , in SD, within 6 months of graduation in 2012, and was planning on "BRRRR"! However, as we all know, life can throw wrenches into our plans. I am now wrench free :) and am hoping to start fresh and embark on the real estate journey that I started 5 years ago. I hope to learn as much as I can and give back even more during this new season of life!
