Hello everyone, my name is Aaron Forbes. I'm brand new to the site and to real estate investing in general with no experience. I was wondering if there are any investors in my area. I sure could use the help of networking with others if there is anyone local.

I do have a general question for anyone who reads this: What is some advice for someone like me who wants to get started but has: no money saved up and a really bad credit score? I know the typical bank will not loan me money because of my situation. Thank you all for any feedback/advice.
