I'm glad I joined BP. So far it has been awesome and very informative.  I have done a few flips in the past but mostly working as a G.C./Project manager. My goal is to network with new people in hopes of buying/flipping and to pass along anything such as referrals for contractors/houses etc for others to use.  I definitely believe in sharing the opportunities. Let's make this happen.
