Hey BiggerPockets!

As a senior about to graduate in December, I've recently become very interested in real estate as a career. Coming up on graduation, I'm learning quickly that you must shape your own career path or accept whatever life throws at you. Just trying to learn all I can so far. Currently I have no job and am struggling to find my way until graduation. However, I am very confident in my area, Palm Beach. Right now I am still trying to figure out if Real Estate is the path for me, but the more I learn the more I feel myself drawn to it. My father and uncle own some residential/commercial properties so I have seen it up close since I was a child and really do enjoy repair work. However, dealing with tenants seems like a pain and I would much rather focus on building a solid network of like-minded investors and focus on the investment/financial side of things.  This seems like an amazing community and I appreciate all of the useful advice I have already been consuming on here. It's nice to find a community outside of reddit that seems genuine and legitimate. I'm looking forward to making connections and any advice for someone wanting to get started building a RE empire is always appreciated.

Cheers!
