Newbie in DFW Texas Area

Hello everyone

Recently i've been bitten by the real estate investment bug. I have been reading lots of material and learning as much as possible. BP has been a great help! Loving all of the articles, podcasts etc.

For my first investment, I would love to try out the house hacking strategy. I have pretty good credit (mid 700s) and a decent amount of savings and not exactly sure where to begin.

Any suggestions?

Welcome to BP, fellow Dallas / Fort Worth newbie! Way to conquer your fears and jump in to real estate investing. House hacking is a smart and fiscally responsible way to get your start in real estate investing.  Wish I had done it! Keep saving and looking. The right property will be out there for you.
