New to Real Estate out of Orlando, FL

Hello!

My name is O'Neal Thomas (it's not backwards) hah.

I am completely new to REI. My friend and I are both doing research and analyzing how to begin our real estate adventure. I am active duty military stationed out of VA, but I will be moving back home to Orlando, FL for to start school very soon (3-4months). I am looking in all directions on real estate strategies and I would like to buy my first piece of property in the next coming months. BP is a very great source of knowledge so I will be contacting a great portion of you all for questions. I'm young, ambitious, and ready to learn more about the housing market.
