Investing In Cincinnati OH - Offering Advice

Hi everybody! I'm brand new to BiggerPockets.com, but I've been listening to the podcasts for quite some time.

I am a licensed real estate agent in Cincinnati OH. My brokerage grew from listing/selling bank owned properties, though we do plenty of traditional real estate as well.  Because we see so many distressed properties, I'm pretty knowledgeable on the investment market locally. Aside from the occasional flip myself, I work with multiple local investors who purchase fix/flips and multi family units.

I've heard a lot of talk lately, on a national level, about our market here in SW Ohio.  Everything you hear is true.  The investor market is very competitive, but there are deals to go around.

I currently work with an investor in ID who purchases flips in Cincy, and an investor from CA buying multi family units.  That got me thinking that there may be more of you out there.  I'd love to connect with out of state investors who may have questions about our market, and be a resource for you.

Not quite sure how this works, but reach out to me or let me know how to get hold of you if you have some questions!
