Hello BP community! 

My name is Paul and I am a newbie from the western suburbs of Chicago where I live with my wife and daughter and am excited about getting started in real estate investing in my area. 

I come from a background of wealth management and am looking to follow my passion for real estate that I have been always dreaming of but have never taken action on...until now!  

I was introduced to BP a few weeks ago from a friend, and have not been able to stop listening to the Podcasts and reading the many blog and forum posts ever since.

I am excited to connect with those in the Chicago area and continue to learn how to analyze a deal in this market for buy and hold and flipping strategies.
