Newbie in DE/Greater Philly Area

Good Afternoon First Staters!!!! My name is Shamara. I am new to BP and new the the REI world but I am exciting about starting my journey. For the past 5 years my sister and I have been throwing out the idea of real estate investing and this year we decided that we were going to take action. I have been reading, listening and talking to everyone I know. I would love to meet local investors and discuss how we can all help each other. I have not been successful with finding local REIA clubs but would love to join one. Our goal is a buy and hold, probably a turnkey as we do not have any DIY experience, however the BRRR method peeks our interest more (perhaps the second go around). We have considered SF and Townhouse in the north wilmington/Pike Creek/Bear areas and even considered crossing the line into the Chaddsford area. I currently reside in New Castle County and would to connect with people in the area. Thanks for reading and looking forward to getting to know you all better!!!
