I'm new to the game. I am a real estate agent in Greenville (booming market) and work for a builder. I have several deals I'm working on. Tons of turn over and Brrrr opportunities here. Want to make sure my first few wholesales are legit and make profit. Does anyone has any insight that could help? Basics and any type of materials to study would be great.
