Hello everyone

New member here.  Heard about the site from a friend. 

Little background on me.  Former general contractor, now working for a construction company. My wife and I have multiple rentals in Orange County Ca and we gave been in the rental business for about 24 years. 

Seems like a great site to share knowledge and experience
