Excited and ready to invest!

I am very happy to be a part of a community with the same values and mindset as I do. I am an eager beginning investor in the southern California area and have been glued to BP for almost two weeks straight. I have some formal and self education on the subject but always ready to learn something new.

CA is nearly impossible to invest in so I am primarily looking for out-of-state investments to build cashflow. I am currently looking in the Cleveland, Milwaukee, and Indianapolis areas only because they seem to fit the budget and goals I have. If you are in these areas, either as an agent or investor, I would love to connect and discuss the area and potential deals.

My goal is to find a CA based out-of-state investor that could be my mentor and help guide me through a few deals (split 50/50) until I feel confident to handle one myself.

Thanks and happy investing!
