Hey all, new to Bigger Pockets website and first time posting. I'm looking to invest in Jersey City and Philadelphia. I have been educating myself on real estate for a good couple months now. I guess for most new investors finding money seems to be their biggest issue. For me that's not the case, as I have funds lined up to start. I need to network with good wholesalers in the Jersey City area and Philadelphia. So if anyone wants to network and chat I would love to connect.

Levi Polter please send me a PM. I come across tons of off market deals a week.
