Information on Setting up an attractive Real Estate LLC

I am interested in information to setup an LLC that has 20 rental properties fully rented as collateral that would allow new investors to join in order to fund new projects and allow investors to make good income.

Not trying to be a buzzkill but I think you need to do a lot of research right now. Based on your question I think you're a long way from setting up an LLC at this point.
