Hello all! I'm a long time lurker, but just created a profile so here goes. I'm nearing retirement from the Air Force and looking to start a second career. I have about two years before I make the big leap. I do own three duplexes and I'd like to continue to grow my cash flow, but I'm also looking to expand my horizons. I'm very interested in exit strategies that include wholesaling, some rehabbing, and extending into mobiles and single families for buy hold and rent. So for the time being I'm in the education stage with the goal of completing some wholesale deals this year to hone my skills. I'm planning on ultimately retiring back to Fort Worth, Texas, but am currently living in Newport News Virginia. I look forward to meeting you all, thanks for the knowledge I've gained thus far!
