Just found out about the BP app, and have been listening to the podcasts for a few months. Had previously read about flipping houses over the last 7 years, but never made it a reality. Love all the motivational, live life on your terms people and information: Tony Robbins, Napoleon Hill, Robert Kiyosaki, Tim Ferriss, T Harv Eker, etc. Purchased my first home in cash (nearly condemned) early 2015. Slowly fixed up, and moved in. Purchased a 2nd home 3/2017 to fix and rent, currently working on it. Looking to meet people that are positive and would like to learn from each other and grow. Also looking to meet more dependable professionals to move projects along faster.
