Newbie from Tumwater, WA

Hello BP community,  my name is Dallan Tisdale and I have been a member for about 8 days.  I finally decided that it was time to post an intro.  I am very excited to learn all I can about real estate investing and look forward to connecting with others.  I'm married to my beautiful wife and we have two amazing kids.  

My short term goal is to get educated and make my first deal.

My long term goal is to have enough passive income coming in from properties to replace my income.

I learned about BP from the free real estate investing course on Udemy, which I learned a lot from.  I can't wait dive in and get started.
