New to Investing in Manchester/Nashua NH Area

I'm excited to have found such a great way to connect to local New Hampshire investors to learn about getting off the ground in this area! By way of a quick introduction I'm a medical device salesman of 17 years and I'm looking to increase my family's cash flow over time by investing in real estate. I've teamed up with a trusted friend to start purchasing three and four family homes to rent and we're interested in looking in the Nashua/Manchester/Goffsown/Milford area to get off the ground. My wife and I have owned a condo in Merrimack for four years now as an investment property and I'm looking to expand into larger units of three and four family to improve cash flow. Any advice for a newbie is welcome and I'm looking forward to your thoughts!
