Hey everyone , I want to just thank the  BP community for its help and inspiration in my 1st purchase . I read posts and forums  , heard the weekly podcasts, read some more , and finally did it . I'm house hacking 1 unit and renting the other 2 units. Living rent free . This community  has truly inspired me. Thanks again all .
