Hi everybody! My name is Ginger McElfresh. I quit my "day job" as an RN to start full time in real estate. My husband and I are doing this together. As my marketing has paid off, and being fairly new at this, I feel a little overwhelmed. I have approximately 15 properties that I am going to evaluate this week! I know for a fact, one house is an amazing deal if I can get them under contract! I also have an owner that has 10 plus rent houses to sell, as she is moving out of state! I wish I could keep them all for myself, lol. So, I already have a lot of work to do! But so far, I am so glad I made the career switch!
