I was watching some passive income videos on Youtube and I just happened to run across Josh & Brandon's podcast and it really spoke to me. I wouldn't say that i'm completely new to real estate but I am from an investment point of view. I've bought 2 houses in my life but both were with a VA home loan so i'm learning about the different and creative loan aspects right now. I would also consider myself still new to my area as I was born and raised in Tennessee and have moved all over the place for the military, so I'm still learning my market as I work in Northern Virginia and I haven't had that much time to learn it.
Short Term Goal: Learn as much as I can on here, build some funds, and actually make some offers!
Long Term Goal: Build a large enough cash flow that I can live comfortably if I were to choose to quit my job.
**Also if anyone had any advice, my wife is very nervous about real estate investing I think because she doesn't understand it yet. Should I try to get her to learn about this or what else could I do?
