Hi all... just getting into the real estate investing scene. Am a professional engineer having worked in the building industry involved with the design of commercial, residential and industrial buildings. Know pretty much about construction, fix-up, rehab, etc. but need to find fellow investors in and around Washington, DC, preferably on the Maryland side. Looking for meet-ups, and clubs that may periodically have meetings regarding investments in single family homes.
