I am a newbie to BP. Father, Realtor, Business Owner and Sales Professional. Texas A&M Grad class of 2010. I have a background in construction, and b2b sales. Looking to soak up as much knowledge as I can in real estate investing to exit the active income rat race, and move into the passive income realm.
