Hey everyone! I've been on the bigger pockets sidelines for awhile. I'm obsessed with the podcast, read the blog articles, and own several of Brandon and Heather's books. 

Now that I have my real estate license, I'm looking forward to taking on a more active role as a BP member. 

Please feel free to share any advice you have for a newbie agent/hopeful investor taking on the Big Apple!
