Hey everyone!!

I have currently lived in Stephens City, Va for about 3 years now and currently employed full time as a Restaurant Manager... Ya I know not much of a dream job. My goal is to transition into REI full time down the road.

Last year my wife and I bought are first home after many years of renting!! 13 to be exact. At that point in our life we lived in a market where it was just to costly to raise a family (Springfield, VA) and continued to rent. After buying our first home and getting that feeling of achievement to say the least it lit a fire inside and all I want is more.

The first time I was interested to get into the REI business I must have been 17 years old and my best friend and I drove to Chapel Hill, NC to see some "really cheap houses" we found online. Reality struck and well I was 17 and had no money so that was that. I got a job as a server to make cash to buy my first home and well it never happened till last year lol.. My passion is for RE but I have always found a reason it shouldn't be. I am 35 now and still have not even attempted to reach my goals and I am sick of it.

My RE goals are to learn all avenues of this business and eventually have a portfolio of properties throughout multiple states. I know this can't happen overnight or even in the next few years but I am sure with the talented people that use this site, I will have a better chance on finding experienced RE professionals to help me avoid certain situations or experiences they have had to overcome.

Looking forward to connecting with all of you and learning from everyone!!!
