New Investor in East TN and soon to be Tampa, FL

Morning, 

My name is Ram, I currently am located in East Tennessee. My wife and I purchased our first property in 2014 with the intentions of making it a rental. We rented it out up until a month ago, renovated it, and getting it on the market this week for a decent ROI. We currently own two homes (primary and investment), but are in the process of listing both. We want to get more in to investing, primarily fix-flips instead of buy-hold again. I have been in E-Commerce Management/Sales for the past eight years, and have been researching a switch to real estate instead.

We are planning a move to the Tampa area in the next few months, and am hoping to get some advice from people in the area on where I can get on the right path as well as real estate companies for new agents.  I have been in Tampa every weekend for the past few months figuring out the area and getting information but I'm sure I can pick up valuable information here as well. 

In addition, if anyone has leads in the East TN or Tampa area for investment and wholesale properties, please add me to your lists as we will still have obligations in both areas.  Thanks!
