My name is Alex Flaugher and have been putting my plan together to by my first property. I am 25 years currently have a full time career in the financial services industry here in St. Louis, Mo. I plan on investing with two partners in the Des Moines area market to start. We are looking for a single family rental or duplex.

We are at the first and toughest stage of real estate investing looking for our very first place. Looking for advice on diving into first real estate property. 

Was recently introduced to the Bigger Pockets community and have enjoyed reading and listening to stories about how investors got started in the real estate industry. I am very eager to learn and am open to all recommendations from experienced investors.

Look forward to hearing from all of you and excited to get started on my real estate endeavors.
