have a number of homes in a self-directed IRA (cash) from memphis invest (purchased the summer of 2012)

used the proceeds from rent and my IRA contributions to buy into a couple of syndications and did one loan to a syndicator in the past couple years

currently reloading rent and contributions into my SDIRA

i have a bunch of leases up at the from sept 2017-jan 2018, so i need to keep my reserves up for move out expenses

have been buying into syndications recently, so i may keep on doing that
