New to Bigger Pockets and starting a new career in Real Estate

Hello, My name is Eric Chiasson and I am finally getting serious about Real Estate I recieved my license in 2007 and did not devote the time it requires to make it a career. I am now ready to make RE a full time devotion. I am excited about the possibilities it could bring. My question now is how do I get leads or investors.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I do want to invest myself but first I must have some $$$ before I make the plunge.
