Aloha,
My name is Daren and reside in the beautiful state of Hawaii. Just starting my hand out at real estate investing and would like to get serious about it. I am going to start off at Wholesaling and see where that is going to lead me. One goal I have in mind is to complete my first deal within the next 2 months before I leave on a trip to the mainland. Hopefully I will do more and while I am on the mainland I may find some properties that I could invest in. I do know that I have lots of things that I need to learn whether it be from books, mentors, expert advice, or real life experiences. Just know that any responses or advice on any questions that I may post is greatly appreciated with a thank you. Hope all of you on here find great success in real estate investing.
