Hello! My name is Ozzy Reynolds and I am a new member from Henderson, NV (just outside of Las Vegas).

Although I have been a one property landlord for about 17 years, I have never labeled myself as an investor. I was simply renting out the first home that I purchased. However, I am getting more and more interested in real estate. I have been reading books, attending seminars, and I recently joined the local Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) here in Las Vegas.
