Hi everyone, my name is Lionel and I'm very new to real estate and to this site. I'm hoping to gain as much knowledge as I can so that I can eventually move out of my dad's house. Since college I've been working 6 days a week, paycheck to paycheck, just to stay afloat. I'm hoping to learn from you all so that I can eventually get out of financial hold and become more financially independent.
