New to REI and BiggerPockets community...Aloha from Hawaii!

My Husband and I are definite newbies to this wonderful, exciting adventure. We have been exposed to working with realtors...in the form of move out/in and showing cleanings. We've been in business since 2006 as cleaning and repair professionals. Have wanted to grow our business, yet lacking the knowledge of where to begin. That is still a goal that we look forward to moving into. 

Not sure what is the best investment type for our situation, but have been listening to several podcasts and watching webinars here on BP. Had the opportunity to attend the meet up hosted by Brandon and Heather Turner here in Kailua just a few weeks back also! That was great. We are also getting involved with our local REI meet up group as well.

For now, I have just one question (sure to have more.) Has anyone used the company Funding for Flipping to finance any deals? Curious if they are as good as they sound.

Just putting together research and networking for now...we are grateful for the wealth of information on this site and also for the relationships we'll be gaining on this awesome journey! Oh, we are both in our 50's. Thank you in advance for any input :)
