Hey all, My name is Jared, I am a transitioning Army Officer moving to my wife's home town in order to use my GI Bill and get an MBA in Finance from Wichita State University. In from Seattle and currently live down in Louisiana. I am extremely extremely interested in both stock market investment and more recently have become interested in real estate investment. My goal with investing is to eventually have enough passive income to eventually become financially independent. While I do not plan on working much while I am going to school I do plan on learning as much as I can about real estate investment from both my school, through networking with local investors, and ideally by assisting in a few deals and later doing a few of my own. I have a good amount of money saved up and will be earning a little both through my GI Bill and from the Army Reserves. I'm very excited to join this wonderful community and hope to be able to contribute in any way I can. Respectfully, Jared
