Hello bp family my name is Jose. I live in Berwyn Illinois, it is a town just outside the Chicago area. My wife and I sold our single family home back in 2015 and currently own a two unit building. We have been house hacking for two years now and we love it! This property is opening so many doors for us. After listening to the bp podcasts and reading various rei books we are excited to continue our journey into buying and holding multifamily properties. Looking forward to meeting some of you and gaining knowledge from rei pros. Thanks!
