Hi,
I'm Hans. I'm 19, and I just graduated from High School in 09. I want to make a career out of real estate, hopefully as a realtor and then buying my own properties. I have a goal(more like a New Year's Resolution) of getting into some kind of rental or rehab and hold situation this year. I saw this site here and decided to join up. The information I got just browsing this site is incredible. I hope I can learn a lot, buy my first property, and eventually help other newbies along.
