Hi everyone! My name is Nick and I'm loving the community here on BP! So much knowledge to soak up... I'm just getting started and have very little skin in the game. I'm looking for some recommendations for hard money lenders in my area (Eastern PA) that are reputable and have done deals near me. Or that some of you have worked with before. Any recommendations???...
