Nice to meet everyone.  Im a new member from New York.  I own a home inspection company.  Me and my partner have been searching for deals for the last year.  We spend alot of time analyzing deals and finding faults in them.  Theres a lot of to good to be true deals going on right now.  Its sad but ive watched numerous people loose there money because they dont understand the game.  Right now were looking at a deal in Florida and a few properties in the Poconos. I would like to connect with other like minded people.
