Hi BP,

I have read and followed the discussions on the forum for a while now and I wanted to take the initiative to introduce myself in hope that I can be of help to others on the forum.

I work part-time as a consultant for my family real estate investments (REIs) primarily buy-hold rentals all around Columbus. I compile financial summary data and find profitable deals that fit our portfolio. I am currently finishing my MBA with a focus in finance and was a scientist in a previous life.

Long story short I have been insulated from the wealth of knowledge here in the Central Ohio investing community and would absolutely love to meet for coffee to exchange thoughts on the Columbus markets. We are always looking to buy so business can be on the table as well.
