Hello BP Community!

Signed up for the site a while ago and have been trying to soak up all the info I could.  Got stuck in a state of over analyzing everything and not taking any action.

Now I'm finally working towards actions on searching out my first multi family unit.

Figured now is a good time to get involved with the forums to learn from the wealth of knowledge on here as well as share what I learn as I begin this journey.
