Hello all, My name is Cory and I'm new to the real estate game as well as Bigger Pockets. BP is such a wonderful source of knowledge and power and am ecstatic I stumbled upon it! I was born and Raised in STL and am currently looking to make my first deal here in the STL area. I am a superintendent for a pipeline rehabilitation company called Insituform which is a great job that has allowed me to save a lot of money in short periods of time if need be. The only catch is I travel 90% out of the year and have a 4 month old son whom I'm missing watch grow up which is killing me! I'd love to achieve financial freedom through real estate investments. My goal is to have complete financial freedom in 6 years or less so that I can quit my current job before he is in Kindergarten and be home for all the wonderful moments I'd otherwise miss. I have been reading like crazy over the past 6 months as well as listening to the BP podcast daily! I am open to go to meet ups when I'm home, meeting for coffee, or just messaging on here to gain any insight or give any insight I've learned so far so please reach out to me if you think it'd help out either side! I am interested in flips, rentals, partnering up, you name it I wanna learn it and conquer it! I hope to hear from you and good luck to all in their endeavors!

Also, gain some basic knowledge and decide your path and interest in real estate...maybe consider turn key properties that are already cash flowing
