My name is Tammy Coughlin.  I have purchased primary residences before and never rented them.  I want to get into flipping home and eventually renting.  I learned in a class yesterday it may be best to start whole selling first.  All mentoring is welcome!!!! :) 

I currently am a client services manager at a fortune 500 firm that specializes in actuarial consulting, and benefits administration for large firms.
