Hey everyone! I have recently come into some money and I have been learning on how to invest it in RE. I have been attending the CIREIA and some of their great programs. I am ready to now jump in with both feet. But that first leap is terrifying. :)I am interested in wholesaling and flipping. Thanks to Bigger Pockets for some great info and looking forward to learning more.
