Pensacola FL Area Commercial Advisor Introduction

I have decided that it was about time that I fully join in and become active on the BP forums. First things first, My name is Bryan Coughlin I am 23 years old and I literally spend each and every day obtaining as much knowledge and experience as I possibly can in all things related to Real Estate. I have been an active podcast listener for about 1 year and decided that I needed to become active online.

A little background on myself. I am originally from Jupiter, FL in Palm Beach County (my family still lives in that area). I recently graduated from The Univeristy of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg MS (where I was on scholarship and a member of the USM baseball team) with a degree in Business Administartion. At USM I spent a lot of my time reading and listening to podcasts (most of the time on the bus trips during the season). I developed numerous relationships and had the opportunity to move to Pensacola FL upon graduation.

My family has always been involved with real estate (house flipping & buy and hold rentals) and I decided that I would enjoy this career path. I became licensed in the state of FL. I began working at SVN Southland (2016 #1 SVN Office) commercial real estate and found an incredible opportunity to further my career goals. I am currently working in team format with 2 individuals who have over 25+ years of commercial & residential real estate experience. My partner owns his own devolpement company and is extremely active in commercial investments, developments, and value ad opportunities. I am extremely excited and fortunate to have this opportunity to work with and learn from such successful individuals and to have an great network of successful adviors and investors in the office.

I am currently looking to began some investing of my own. I am currently doing analysis on opportunities in my area and once I get my fianances in order I plan to start digging in. I hope that through becoming active on the Bigger Pockets forums I can again learn as much as possible, meet people with similar goals and form mutually beneficial relationships to achieve much success. I would love to get into multifamily investing and am always searching for opportunities. I could go on and on about goals and the great things that BP has done for me so far.
