My name is Kevin and live in Shakopee, MN. I have only been watching podcasts for a couple weeks and have a lot to learn. Anyone have any referrals regarding professionals that I should begin starting relationships with? May not be ready to start "flipping" for a couple years but want to start building relationships now if possible.
