Wanted to introduce myself and say hello. I'm Eli Frame and I currently live in Naples, FL. I'm new to REI (have been going the traditional equity investing route the last 10 years). Looking to make my first buy-and-hold investment in the next few months, with the goal of building a portfolio of cash-flowing SFHs/small multifamilies. Love the podcast and I've been looking around the site for a while, so I thought I should set up my profile and jump in the forums.
