Hey All,

My name is Shaun H and I am new to the BiggerPockets community. I am 31 and am now at the point where I am ready to start investing in real estate. At this point I would like to start buying and renting properties and once more time frees up I would like to start flipping houses. If I can find a mentor in my area I would also like learn as much as I can. I am highly educated (MBA, MPA and pursuing PhD in Org Psych) and understand the many facets of business. I just need to know how to apply them to residential real estate. I have read the Brandon Turner books Real Estate Investing, and Managing Properties and a financial book on pricing investment properties. Anyways, thank you for your help, support and encouragement along my way to becoming financially independent through real estate!

Respectfully,

Shaun H
