Hello BP,

I am newbie, working as IT professional . I moved to High Point in 2015 for job. However I was sharing room and last year I started renting apartment. Because of job, have been moving around a lot across different states since last 5 years. Throughout this period, there were times where income was sufficient to cover expenses while I had to survive on savings for months once contract was over and find another job.

Recently I have been thinking of buying a house rather than paying off rent in apartment. But it is a long term commitment and I have no knowledge on real estate. While surfing, I came across this site and I registered to understand more about real estate investment.
